Re: FlexScan3D Calibration issue
AFAIK flexscan3d runs on openCV libraries. Try this pattern https://answers.opencv.org/question/965 ... dthheight/

Re: Markers Alignment error with Flexscan3D
Hello, little update: I solved the markers alignment problem in an interesting way. It seems that the problem was diacritic (čšťžý...) in my Windows user name. My user name contains diacritic so I tried switching over to another user in Windows (on the same computer) that has no diaritic. The alignm...

Re: Markers Alignment error with Flexscan3D

I dont think the problem is with markers. The software crashes right after scanning (after I start the software agai...

Markers Alignment error with Flexscan3D
Hello, I am currently playing with Flexscan3D and two camera 23UX236 setup. The software is excellent. Calibration is easy and you can achieve better accuracy much easier than with hp 3D scan because of flat calibration panels. The only problem I have is Markers Alignment, when I enable markers dete...

Re: First scans with 23UX236
Nice work! Welcome onboard. I have the same camera(s) and 1214 lenses. Does your optoma have diamond or square pixels? You can check it when you project at large distance. Thank you. I dont know. I will have to take a look. Hello tommy11490. Are you still using this projector? Have you checked if i...

Re: 3D-scanning stuffed animals for a game
I dont think that structured light scanner will be suitable for scanning of objects covered with fur. I once tried scanning my face, and the hair were completely ignored byscanner. I think that the photogrammetry would work for your animals. Take a look at agisoft photoscan

Re: First scans with 23UX236
The price for new lens is around 200€, and for new camera I believe it is something around 400€. But I bought the camera from this forum and lens from ebay so it was about half the price for camera and lens

Re: First scans with 23UX236
Hello, thank you. Unfortunately I do not have a license for david yet, so I cant save scans. But the scans were aligning pretty good, besides one scan that came out wrong in automatic mode and I did not notice it before fusing. I am talking about a bit of misaligment on the nose and chin. I am plann...
