Hello, I am in need of fabricating a 12x9 square calibration chessboard with the best possible precision. I have tried laser printing on vinyl and then gluing it to flat glass, but I can't get better +/- 0.06mm.

Has anyone achieved +/- 0.01mm? What technique do you recommend?
