Scanned in one piece so obvioulsly not perfect. Printed ok.

Great to hear Mading!

Have I missed some pictures of your turntable (or just forgot that i've seen them)?

Re: New Open Source Turntable

This thread is interesting :-)

I bought the openscan-kit (PCB preassembled/programmed) . To fun not to try ;-)
I will modify the Arduino sketch to function with the AutoIT-solution.

Report in a few weeks I hope.

Re: New Open Source Turntable

One wonders if this can (easily) be adapted to use the AutoIt-solution that i use.
From memory I need an "S" sent from the turntable on the COM-port when turning is done to trigger the next scan.

Will investigate.

Re: Vanishing Scanning Spray

Tested AESUB and it works fine. It was gone over night. Cyklododekan takes longer.
The surface finish of AESUB is smoother. I will order a box of cans.

Picture for your attention :-)

Re: Vanishing Scanning Spray

Too curious.

I ordered a test bottle AESUB and got a quote for 300 Euros / 12pcs.
O lot cheaper than cyclododecan!

Re: Vanishing Scanning Spray

Cyclododecan behaves much like the product in the clip. Vanishes in a day or two.

My first guess was that it is the same. For 65 USD/can it is a bargain compared to Kremer Cyclododecan.

Re: Vanishing Scanning Spray

I have a bottle of Helling as well. Great but it must be washed off.

Cyclododecan vanishes. Automagically :-)
