Re: jAi GO-5000M-USB
Sadly i cant find it on the german/european Aliexpress shop. The links may be different for different countries - but if something happens - try searching on AliExpress for the MindVision Store or MDvision Industrial Camera Store - These are different sellers but they have a similar assortment. Re: jAi GO-5000M-USB
Ah okay, sorry i misunderstood. I thought that was your recommendation for a high resolution one.
Sadly i cant find it on the german/european Aliexpress shop. I think the russian and the european is quite different.
I will look into the Balser one you send. Much appreciated!

Re: jAi GO-5000M-USB
Great point, i have to use wide angle lenses with such a setup. In the past i used a 25mm lense which was exactly enough to scan what i wanted.
If the Camera is not going to work i will sell it again.
In this case which IMX178 Camera would you recommend?

Re: jAi GO-5000M-USB
Do you really need a high resolution camera? Of those I personally tested, I can advise this (yes, the matrix is not 1 ", but only 1 / 1.8"), but this Sony IMX178 is one of the most sensitive, low-noise, fast enough and, at the same time, quite inexpensive. There are also cameras on an ev...

Re: jAi GO-5000M-USB
I definitely do not need such a high resolution. half of it would be fine. But i thought the price was quite good and maybe this would be a viable low budget solution. What camera models with the IMX178 would you recommend? I also bought a TT1 turntable for 475€ So im really looking into the two cam...

Yeah im excited I really cant find a price online though. I found a price for the jAi go-5000m with ethernet connection for 715$. So i hope this is somewhat near to the actual retail price of this unit.

Re: DIY Calibration panels for HP/David
Thank you for your input! I don't own a vmc sadly but i'll buy a CNC router. Maybe i should go this route than. I want to scan really small items and therefore precision of the panels ist crucial. Is there a list of sone sort that shows the important factors? 90° is important ofc and the distance be...

DIY Calibration panels for HP/David
Hello,
I would be really glad if some of you could share how they build their calibration panels.
I am not statisfied with mine, the scans get warped and are therfore hard to align.
Best regards,
Thore
