I also have Intel Realsense D415 - it has a fairly good 3D resolution, but there are problems with scanning closer than 0.1-0.15m (in addition, there is another technology that scans poorly in complete darkness (which Kinect does well)) It seems that the Realsense D415 has much better technica...
