Re: Some of my scans

Correction was successful, but the scan result recognizes only one camera. There are two cameras on the screen, and the scan recognizes only one camera and shows the results. It all depends on the selected scan mode (and it can be changed after the scanning process, but before part of the scan is &...

Re: Some of my scans

Is YW500U3 a camera that needs a separate board? YW500U3 / YW500U3M (they have a difference only in the size of the cases and the type of connectors used) 20190614150159s.jpg20190614150128s.jpg do not require any additional cards and drivers - everything necessary for their work is already in Windo...

Thank you.

I will try to buy a TORX driver.

Thank you again for your interest and devotion.

Re: SLS on a budget - camera and lens choice

I'm using the exact same parts. Also ZLKC 12mm 5mpix F1.4 cmount and the YW500 camera. Here's what i had to do to get the focus range right: The black adapter ring (blue marking on the picture) was too far screwed into the camera. I unscrewed the setscrew (red), moved the black adapter ring outward...

Re: SLS on a budget - camera and lens choice

It should be released by 5mm to show a normal screen. 5mm is the distance at which the lens should be almost released from the body. The reason is unknown... Maybe the manufacturer, without notice, changed the design of the mount inside the body, which made the matrix closer to the lens? Because ou...

Re: SLS on a budget - camera and lens choice

Whoah. That's a lot and way too much...! Are you sure this is a C-mount and not CS-mount camera? You already tried to focus with the focus ring on the lens? As said above, i've got a gap of about a millimeter between lens and camera, not more. You got about 5mm on the picture which is the differenc...

Re: SLS on a budget - camera and lens choice

Well, a single turn of the lens made a difference of being able to focus at 1-2 meters vs. ~200mm. A quarter turn moves the focus range by a lot on my camera+lens setup. If i screw the lens in completely i can't focus closer than about 2 meters which is unusuable for small objects. C-mount got a th...

Is the camera and lens combination wrong?

Hello I bought cameras and lenses with a lot of help from this forum. https://www.3dscanforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2023&start=50 https://aliexpress.ru/item/32864044502.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.774733edhyxTeb&_ga=2.165564095.1686869709.1595146630-711240003.1595001424 https://aliexpre...
