Hi Andy,
You are way out of my wheel house with this one. I havn't seen KScan in a few years but I though it was similar to David in that if used a sequence of patterns for capture. are you trying to develop what is essentially a real time hand held?

I found some old hardware in an Antiques store a couple weeks back. Here are some of the scans:

A Cast Iron Cabinet pull Calibrated at 120mm. The pull is ~80mm tall.

Thanks micro! 120mm scale, RMS error of .19 I spent a bit of time getting my calibration panels to be a true 90 degrees. Out of the box they sat at 90.5...and yes, they are glass panels by HP. Next I’m going to double check the spacing between the points on the panels... Once the fusion process fin...

Excellent! Very good detail. What calibration scale did you use? Did you look at the error in the debug console?

First off, the frame rate of the camera should be 1/60th sec. You will then need to better sync the projector and camera.
