Have you looked into the scanners by polyga?

They use Flexscan3D, another well developed 3d scanning software

Wow you’d think the Ryzen core would blow the other right out of the water!!

Have you checked to see if the software is using all 16 threads during processing?

Micro,

Would you be able to take a video show your processing times with your setup? I’m mainly interested in aligning/fusing scans.

My current rig is painfully slow and would like to see how other setups are doing

Thanks micro! 120mm scale, RMS error of .19 I spent a bit of time getting my calibration panels to be a true 90 degrees. Out of the box they sat at 90.5...and yes, they are glass panels by HP. Next I’m going to double check the spacing between the points on the panels... Once the fusion process fini...
