Re: what is the advantage of 2nd cam in David?

So you can scan an entire object quicker compared to a single camera. By default (extended disabled), the images from both cameras are combin...

Re: David > HP 5.1 Update

Just did some calibration runs and each time scanned a precision right angle. -> Seems like they got that dual camera thing right :D I did tests with smaller and larger calibration panels (77.7mm and 211mm) and had "multiple camera optimization" enabled. There are some extra options now fo...

Re: Optics in SLS-2 / SLS-3 Hardware

Probably you are right, although in my opinion this is a flaw they should have addressed. If noone here has a SLS kit, I will ask over in the official forum, so that at least i know for sure.

Optics in SLS-2 / SLS-3 Hardware

Hi everyone, is someone using the genuine David SLS-2 or SLS-3 kit? I was in the opinion that I have the same hardware which they use for their kits but it seems I'm missing something. My current setup consists of an Acer K132, 2x Imaging Source DMK 23UX236 and 2x Computar M1214-MP (12mm, f/1,4). In...

Re: How to use Canon EOS camera with David

I haven't tried using a dslr with david, so almost no experience from my side. Maybe the EOS tool has to be closed when using David?
