Making some test with 5.3 version with NIKON D5300 (single camera). Seems better to me, but the alignment still need improvements.
Best wishes to all.......

Re: I'm Coming Back
Nice scan bigbomber
How did you do to merge both sizes of the last object. How did you setup looks like? Did you use any markers (sphere)?
Thanks!

Re: Alignment problems
@3dxcan when you try and share the scan will leave place for discusion. 2scan in DAVID =10 scan in FLEX. It depends for what you want to judge!!!
I know for markers tha help alignment in FLEX but didnt have time to test.
If so share your scan data.
@Micr0 Thanks! I will find time to post setup.

Re: Alignment problems
Some data comparison FLEX-->DAVID-->Photogrammetry. Same hardware and same setup.
David for my point of view is the winner (only two scan)
The learning curve make the diference.......

Re: Alignment problems
I think that ONE of the most important case for good alignment is also the SETUP. I tested different projection angle and with "Total triangulation angle" 19.18° i had lines in the scan. Recalibrate with "Total triangulation angle" 23.89° and the lines disappear. Also the alignme...
