Does any one try other solution on alignment problems? I noticed in some situations the problem can be reduced but I can't find any rule for it. I've also try some other projector from NEC and Optoma, but never can get ride of mesh distortion. I don't recall, are you using cal panels from David or ...

I don't work with textures much but why have you found this to be a David problem?

Very nice! Can you show us more of how you did this? your set up, process etc? Did you coat the black areas?

David is supposed to calibrate around some of that but I have no idea how and or how successful it really is. Bomber says there are other factors in an unmodified projector at play too.

Of course, Ideally it is better to eliminate the source of error then to try a software workaround.
