Hi friend. Actually I didn't understand the problem well. But how much is the frame rate of camera? 1/60 is exposure time or shutter speed. Why ussing high speed cam? My cam is 30 fps but when I calculate the rate on scanning it never go uppr than 23. Because my camputer hardware (cpu,Ram, GPU, ...)...

Also I'm in windows 10. I tested different driver (12 &13) and different version of HP. But the problem persist.

Hi. I've changed my windows due to some registry problem. but know, in HP application, my logitech webcam frame rate are not shown, just 5 fps. in last I use this cam in 1600x1200 in 10 fps exactly with the same driver and windows, but know for almost all video size just 5 fps. how can I sole this? ...

FYI Pistons are indeed cylindrical. Even cast and forged pistons are finish turned on a lathe to bring the skirt and ring lands to spec. Your system is powerfull enough. Mine is 3.5 GHz with 24 GB of RAM. But I scan a part including hundreds of scans. The volume of HP file can reach to 10GB or more.
