Re: Flexscan3D with IS cameras

Thanks Mading! The text is missing on those figures. Seen them in the manual. Button "Estimate" gav me different numbers frpm 50 to 170. Can't say I saw any effect. Made a new calibration panel and was a bit more thorough when calibrating and now it seems to work. Any one had the energy to...

Re: Flexscan3D with IS cameras

First go. Printed 20 mm chessboard on a regular paper. Taped it to something "flat". I used all same settings that were set in the driver for my cameras and I guess it is the same setting I use in HP3dscan. It just works. No stripes or artefacts. I had problems with the FlexScan-program cr...

Re: New DIY turntable

It will work with the "extra layer" of program (made in AutoIt/Deviare) by Jan Beck in the Google-link.

HP3D-scan->AutoIt->Arduino

(Not as smooth as it was when David 4 had the simple COM-port feature)

Re: New Open Source Turntable

This is the code I used for the 2-axis rotary. It requires "a bit more work" to be perfect. Abandoned the 2-axis-concept.

Re: New Open Source Turntable

I missed commenting for a long time. Sorry! The baseline: https://sites.google.com/site/janbeck/3d-scanner-turntable-for-david4/3d-scanner-turntable-for-david5 Then it is just a modified variant of jan becks arduino code. Not much more to it. I will share my (uggly) modified code if somone wants it ...
