Thanks micro! 120mm scale, RMS error of .19 I spent a bit of time getting my calibration panels to be a true 90 degrees. Out of the box they sat at 90.5...and yes, they are glass panels by HP. Next I’m going to double check the spacing between the points on the panels... Once the fusion process fin...

Excellent! Very good detail. What calibration scale did you use? Did you look at the error in the debug console?

First off, the frame rate of the camera should be 1/60th sec. You will then need to better sync the projector and camera. Scanning reflective surfaces is going to be a problem. If it has some color you will need to at least dull it.
