Accurate size is not important, but roundness is very important.

I just got some time to run the calibration routine with the debug console open. I got different results depending on if the "MultipulCameraoptimization" setting was on or not. With the Setting off it was reading my panels as being 90º. With it on it says they are at 89.36º. Not an insign...

Not correct. rms error you see is the projector error.
Look at my sent photo where I was looking for.

As I know in a perfect calibration process it must be near to zero.
It is interesting for me how you can get good result by your scanner.
Can you double check the RMS Error and check alignment quality?
