same problem with 2 differrent version and hardware

i've made a 3d printed the calibration board .i've made a test with 2 differrent david 4.5 and david 3.10 after calibrated
i'm using the same projector,calibration for both of them,just differrent the camera and lens.
all of them got the same problem as show in the pictures.
do anyone know what the problem are?
