DAVID 3.6 software

hi i purchased an SLS1 back in 2013...i have just opened and try to use it for the first time....(yes i have a microscribe and have always used it and been too busy to use the david).. my issue is the USB is corrupt... does anyone have 3.6 even the trial as the licence file on the USB is ok...
