I would like to expand to a double camera setup in David/HP 3D Scan software
So far i've tried my luck with these cameras:
•1MP ELP usb global shutter monochrome with 2,8-12mm lens (ELP-USBGS720P02-MFV)
•13MP ELP usb color with 2,8-12mm lens
•Point Grey Flea3 GigE camera with a 3,5mm F1.6 lens
i really like the point-grey camera but they are very expensive. Is there any documentation on the David/HP Software detailing the camera interface or are there other camera vendors which are known to work with david/hp 3d scan?

Re: HP 3D Scan supported cameras / drivers / APIs
The Mindvision SUA630M-L cameras worked 100% with the HP3DScan program (out of fairly expensive camera samples) (in the dual-camera mode). We also managed to launch Daheng MER630-60U3M-L cameras (but only with a very old driver version - 1.5.1911.9202).
P.S. If you look only at these options, then Mindvision has a much more convenient management of settings (and the number of settings itself is many times greater than that of Daheng)
