Hi Guys
Finally i got Canon EOS 1200D for my scanning rig. Now I cant get success to connect it with David. Please help me and tell me how to do it properly.

How did you connect your camera to David? Do you want to use liveview? We need more information

I installed EOS utility. When I connect camera to laptop, its starts automaticaly then I select camera setings/Remote shooting, then Live view shoot. In David, its shown in camera list please check pics.

I haven't tried using a dslr with david, so almost no experience from my side. Maybe the EOS tool has to be closed when using David?

You do NOT need the Canon software installed. In any case, do not have the Canon software open.

You can only use the 32 bit version of David (not the 64 bit).

You must have this file in the David folder: EDSDK.dll (version 2.14.0.3)

If you camera is compatible, the image will appear within David.

Set shutter speed to 1/60.

Every thing is as you said, but no live view on David. Could anyone tell which dslr is compatible?

I don't have time to test right now. All David is packed for job at a client.

Place your camera in video mode.
Trigger live view on the camera once connected to David
Try with David 4 32bit (it's free to try).
Try with a Canon 60D,70D, etc... if you can borrow one.
Always make sur the ESDSK.dll is in the David 32 bit folder (David 3 and David 4)
What version of ESDSK do you have?
