Downloaded a set of photos and gave Meshroom (open source/free) a shot:
It works!

Re: Testing Meshroom
I really didn’t like this program - it’s kind of slow and ... in general, in my opinion - compared to it, the same 3DF Zephyr is much more interesting, faster to work and "friendlier", in addition.
Although all of them, of course, are inferior to programs such as Agisoft Metashape or Bentley Context Capture.

Re: Testing Meshroom
Have you tried to do the same, for example, in the same Zephyr? Just to compare quality and speed (Zephyr supports up to 50 photos in the free version)

Re: Testing Meshroom
Not tested, but I sounds like I should
Have you some results from Zephyr to show. Most interested.

Re: Testing Meshroom
Hi, Martan
I have no way to check the program from the point of view of aerial photography (but the program has such a function). Therefore, I "scanned" only objects.
Therefore, I suggested that you try to upload your existing photographs of aerial photographs in Zephyr

Re: Testing Meshroom
I like Zephyr!
47 pictures from the same set of pictures in my first try with Meshroom.
Very quick and runs fine on my laptop. Yes, the house looks a bit sad

Re: Testing Meshroom
Visually, as I expected, the resulting model looks prettier than after Meshroom

Re: Testing Meshroom
This was fun. Borrowed photoset (same as original post). I will try more with my drone.

Re: Testing Meshroom
I do not know if these programs can increase the resolution of elements using close-ups (for example, Bentley Context Capture can do this).
P.S. It's also interesting to try what the Pix4D Mapper can do (only I don't have a drone)
