First scans with 23UX236

Hello,
here are my first scan with Optoma HD140X , DMK 23UX236 and M1214-MP lens.

The scan object is poorly 3D printed Master Yoda. I am surprised by a level of details I was able to capture. The horizontal lines you can see on the scans are actually coming from 3D printer.

Then there are some other unfinished scans.

Hi Tommy and welcom.
Your scan looks good. Do you have any probem with alignment. Can we see a screenshot of your software displaying non fused scans?

Hello, thank you. Unfortunately I do not have a license for david yet, so I cant save scans. But the scans were aligning pretty good, besides one scan that came out wrong in automatic mode and I did not notice it before fusing. I am talking about a bit of misaligment on the nose and chin.

I am planning to scan some big automotive scans, where we will see if the alignent is ok.

Nice work!
Welcome onboard.
I have the same camera(s) and 1214 lenses.
Does your optoma have diamond or square pixels? You can check it when you project at large distance.

The price for new lens is around 200€, and for new camera I believe it is something around 400€. But I bought the camera from this forum and lens from ebay so it was about half the price for camera and lens

Hello tommy11490. Are you still using this projector? Have you checked if it has square or diamond pixels? Thanks!

Hello. Yes I still use it. I think it has diamond pixels but not sure. I didnt chceck it by myself but I think I found that information online. How can I check it? Here are some more scans with the same setup.
