This was the first thing I scanned to test this projector. I used 125mm calibration panels and the knob is about 75mm at its widest. Its brass sprayed with maxniflux developer.

Good scan.
P.S. However, it seems to me that the 75mm calibration panel is too big for small objects. When I used David / HP, the most requested tables were 50mm and 30mm.

I'm making a set of 80mm panels today and may make smaller ones.

The problem I have is that my camera projector mount system doesn't work with panels smaller than ~80mm. I can't get the cameras close enough to the projector without a very wide included angle. This is partly because I use such large lenses. I am redesigning the system for an over under setup that will help, but I still have to make the parts for that. compounding the problem is that the throw in the AAXA is shorter than the LG. Not by much, but when you are in close it makes a difference.

Throw ratio AAXA (1.2: 1) is less than that of LG (1.4: 1), so from the same distance it will produce a larger projection size ... Not to mention my old Byintek with a TR of 1.47: 1 and focusing from a distance 100mm
So, probably, LG PF1500 and PF50 can be considered "the last of the Mohicans" - since almost all modern home (LED / DLP) projectors have a TR of 1.2: 1 or less ... And only LCD projectors still have a high projection ratio. .. but they are not very suitable for scanning.

How do you fixed the opening of the diaframma. Did you put a stoper before assembling with the c-mount adapter?
Can you show some picture of the solutions?
Regards!

These are Manual F mount lenses. They have an aperture ring.
