DIY Ball-bar 3d scanning test -Advanced Modified Flexscan3D

i purchased balls with a known sphere diameter of 20mm measured with micrometer. The scan results shows the ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐Ÿฌ.๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐—บ๐—บ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐Ÿฌ.๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿด๐—บ๐—บ ( seems the thickness of white spray coating). The actual ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ-๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ between two balls are 100.075mm and the scan measurement shows 100.086mm (๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐Ÿฌ.๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ๐—บ๐—บ).
๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—น๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜?

I am using modified Flexscan3D software by greenskynet.:)
I've done similar by scanning standards used to calibrate micrometers and have found similar if slightly larger deviations. I've also used a Zeiss CMM. to measure objects after I've scanned them and confirmed that, depending on the calibration, I could consistently expect about 0.01mm. However, I was not using flex scan. I was using David.

Hi Micr),
I have used David before but the quality i get from Flexscan3D is unbeatable.

.002mm (.00007in) is probably within the tolerance of the standard (Ballbar).
