Faro Scans and data

I have tried to register on the other scanner forum but never get approved (dont know why)
Anyways I have scans from the Faro and did have a 30 day trial of "Scene" and was very close to having it all stitched together (185 scans of my gold mine) and want to know are there other softwares I can use, open source? or hire someone with "scene"?

I remember when I had to click every single scan manually—it was a nightmare for the wrists! It’s great that the team actually listened and added standard Shift/Ctrl selection. If anyone is still struggling with this, just make sure you’ve updated to the latest build, as it’s definitely a game-changer for workflow speed.
