help hikvision camera no display

Hikvision MV-CE060-UM and daheng MER-130-30UM, tried many methods no display .

I email hikvision to request support, no response, no way to ask for help,

Are the cameras showing up on the USB bus in the device manager?
Are you using windows 10?

hi yes win10 camera showing device manager

I installed hikvision all drivers are useless.
Camera plug-in hikvision software/OBS/sparkocam/usb camera software...other all are useless.

The main reason is the wrong address

The lens aperture is opened to the maximum

It has been a long time since I had to sort USB (IRQ?) conflicts. Unless someone here knows what to do, I would imagine that this is something that you have to sort with the camera manufacturer.

This is normal for some types of industrial cameras.
My former Mindvision SUA630M cameras were not in the Cameras section, but in the imaging Devices tab:

The new Daheng MER630 cameras are located in the Machine Vision Digital Cameras tab:

And only one Daheng brand camera can work with HP3Dscan:
